Clover AI Tech Hub provides end-to-end software development, custom AI/ML integration, cloud architecture, process automation, and ongoing maintenance. All services are executed strictly within the bounds of a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW).
Project timelines, milestones, and cost estimates are provided in good faith but remain contingent upon timely client feedback, the complexity of data pipelines, third-party API limitations, and external deployment approval processes.
Clients assume full responsibility for providing accurate datasets, necessary infrastructure access, legal clearances for data usage in AI training, and prompt approvals to prevent project bottlenecks.
Our '24/7 availability' refers to continuous system monitoring and support channel accessibility. Actual response and resolution times are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) tier selected by the client and the priority level of the ticket.
